Account Deletion Policy

Muslim Foundation of Congo (ISLAMIC NON PROFITABLE TRUST)

At Muslim Foundation of Congo, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.

If you have created an account in our mobile application or website and wish to delete it, you may request account deletion by following the process below.

📌 How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion in the following ways:

Option 1: From Inside the App

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Go to Profile / Settings.

  3. Click on Delete Account.

  4. Confirm your request.

Option 2: By Email Request

If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by emailing us at:

(Replace with your official email)

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Registered phone number

🗂️ What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Name, Email, Phone Number

  • Profile details

  • Uploaded ID documents

  • Registration details

  • Volunteer / Madrasa / Masjid registration data (if applicable)

⏳ Data Retention Policy

Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Financial record keeping

  • Fraud prevention

  • Government regulations

Retention period: Up to 90 days (or as required by law).

⏱️ Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 working days.
